2. Tell us about yourself.

The information you submit will keep us in contact and your on-stage introduction will be written from this information.

3. Tell us about your Visual Arts entry.

We want to know the title, medium, and an artist’s statement for your entry so that we can generate a placard to display next to your work.

4. Drop off your Visual Arts entry.

Bring your Visual Arts entry to the Reception Gallery on the second floor of the Hilt Building at the Frauenthal Center during one of these times:

Thursday, February 24, 2022 – 3:00-5:30 pm OR
Friday, February 25, 2022 – 3:00-5:30 pm

If you can’t make it during these times, contact your School Coordinator to make arrangements.

We’ll take a picture of your entry that will be printed in the Showcase program and displayed on-screen during your on-stage introduction.

Notes regarding hanging artwork in the gallery.

Two metal brackets on a white vertical rodThe Frauenthal Reception Gallery utilizes the Walker Display System when hanging artwork.

The system uses metal brackets clamped to a vertical rod that are movable and hang from aluminum moldings at the top of the ceiling.

Because the vertical rods are only attached at the top of the wall, pieces that are top-heavy or lean out into the room tend to be unbalanced and will pull away from the wall.

We highly recommend you consult with us before submitting an entry that requires any special mechanism for hanging.

You will only drop off your artwork on February 24 or 25. The show will be hung by the Gallery Manager the next week.
